Why We Need to Stop Snoring

Snoring certainly isn’t mystery to most people. We’re very familiar with it and can usually at least witness it right in our own homes.

We don’t have to look far to see or hear the familiar sound - just be present when someone falls asleep.

What is not so obvious though, is WHY people snore.

Reasons we snore

Our parents can be part of the cause - and their parents before them. We may have inherited a predisposition in our physical make up that results in snoring.

Enlarged adenoids, narrow nasal passages, or throat may be reasons for snoring that you simply cannot avoid.
